NBA rookies Mario Chalmers of the Miami Heat and Darrell Arthur of the Memphis Grizzlies, both members of last year’s NCAA champion Kansas Jayhawks squad, were thrown out of the NBA’s Rookie Transition Program today after reportedly being caught with marijuana in their hotel room.
Maybe it’s just me, but I don’t think they can be the sharpest tools in the shed. They are in the middle of the rookie training program, being lectured on the dangers of drugs, alcohol, money and women, and they can’t even put down the blunt until the program is over?
