America’s “Crush”, Gina Carano, is set to appear in Red Alert 3 as Natasha.
Electronic Arts announced that rising star and undefeated EliteXC MMA fighter Gina Carano will be starring as Natasha, a deadly Soviet commando, in Red Alert 3, one of the most anticipated strategy games of the year coming to the PC and Xbox 360 this holiday season. Carano will not only appear in person and in high-definition as Natasha as part of Red Alert 3’s live-action movies, but will also be featured digitally as a playable unit in the game.
Very suited.

My personal fave – Hebe (S.H.E) for World of Warcraft in China
When not singing or filming, Asian celebs such as S.H.E, Jay Chou, Jolin Tsai, Rainie Yang and many more are doubling as spokespersons for many online games, MMORPGs or casual games. It’s a win-win (money) situation for both celebs and game companies. Hit the Linky to gawk at your fav Asian idol in gaming cosplay.

Some celebrities prefer to bath in the limelight, while others prefer to bath at home and stay in home unless going out for filming. Is safe to tag these love-to-stay-home celebs as “Otakus“. Some star hunks such as Takeshi Kaneshiro (金城 武) and Taiwanese celeb, Vic Zhou (周渝民, 仔仔), are video games otakus. For Vic Zhou, his love for video games can push him to leave his house and search for game magazines in the streets (pictured above). Once his mission is completed, he will head back and hit his Wii, PS3, PSP etc for the whole day.

Arnold Schwarzenegger, once starred in a motherload of violent movies (2 Conan movies, Predator, Total Recall, Terminator series and many more).
Now, the righteous California Governor has made it clear that he had no relation with Conan, a video game (on 360 and PS3) by THQ.
Very ironic.
