Making a Mexican Mojito

Instead of using rum, like in a traditional Mojito, a Mexican Mojito uses tequila instead. If you are celebrating Cinco de Mayo today, this is a fabulous drink option.

Cinco de Mayo is coming up quick [May 5th] and Herradura was kind enough to send me a list of facts about Cinco de Mayo. They also sent me a kickass recipe that’s at the end.
My suggestion is to jump to the recipe, make yourself a drink and then come back for a history lesson.
