There are a lot of flavored vodkas out there that are perfect for mixing. If you are looking for a new drink to serve at your next party or gathering, reach for one of ABSOLUT’s flavored vodkas. ABSOLUT Spiced Pear Mojito
Ingredients:
2 Parts ABSOLUT Pears
2 Parts Apple Juice
1 Part Cinnamon Syrup
1 Part Lime Juice

Ingredients
2 parts pear nectar
1/2 part elderflower syrup
1 part ginger ale

Mama Mimosa for Mother’s Day

For Mother’s Day, instead of a coffee at breakfast or brunch, serve your mom a yummy cocktail. A mimosa (champagne and orange juice) is a traditional cocktail for early in the day. For Mother’s Day, try a mimosa with a twist. Here’s a recipe for a Mama Mimosa.
I was served this drink many years ago at a spa, and I’ve loved it ever since.
Ingredients:
Champagne
Orange Juice
Grand Marnier
1/4 cup fresh raspberries
Directions:
Place raspberries in the bottom of a wine glass or champagne flute
Fill 2/3 of glass with chilled champagne

Making a Mexican Mojito

Instead of using rum, like in a traditional Mojito, a Mexican Mojito uses tequila instead. If you are celebrating Cinco de Mayo today, this is a fabulous drink option.

We’ve had a brief respite of sun and warm weather in Vancouver, and I’m so very excited. I’m really in my element when the sun comes out. If I had my druthers, I’d follow the sun all year round.
