		<description><![CDATA[Although I have a general understanding of what wikis are and how they function, and even though I use Wikipedia a lot, until today I would have been hard-pressed to provide a simple, plain English explanation to anyone who asked.
What&#8217;s changed today is that I&#8217;ve just seen a short video which explains very clearly, very non-technically, with entertaining pictures, the underlying structure of a wiki and how to use one, whether your aim is to organise a picnic or to create the next Wikipedia.
