If you’re still having trouble getting past your plateaus, whether they be weight loss or weight lifting, try bringing in your competitive spirit into the equation. When you against you isn’t enough, challenging a friend or family member can increase your feelings of accountability and provide the extra motivation to get you in the gym and in shape.

Aren’t we all rooting for Lawrence Taylor on Dancing with the Stars? He looks so uncomfortable! I just want to give him a big hug and help him along. Well this week should be extra special because another football player and former Dancing alum Warren Sapp has given the original LT some encouragement.
According to People, Sapp’s advice was that, “You can’t worry about the judges. You just go out there and have fun. If you’re not having fun then why do the show?”
