Combine and Create: Take steps and ingredients from different recipes and create your very own concoctions.

Let’s Shop: Head to the store to pick up the things you’ll need to prepare so many delicious dishes.

Time Challenge: Play against up to 3 friends and faceoff in timed cooking challenges!

Picture Diary: Keep a scrapbook of your favorite dishes in this digital picture diary.

Depending on the quality of the cooking, players can earn bronze, silver, and gold medals.

Gardening Mama has been released on the Nintendo DS. The “Let’s Get Growing” is the main game mode where players get the opportunity to grow flowers, fruits and vegetables. As you develop your “green thumb” more plants and flowers will be unlocked. Just like in the Cooking Mama games, players will have to complete a series of mini games in order for their garden to grow and their performance will be evaluated and they will receive either a bronze, silver or gold medal based on their score (out of 100).

You can also compete against friends and family with the wireless multiplayer option. You will not only battle it out in mini games but you can also share your fruits and vegetables through the “Cute Treasure Chest” function.

The Gardening Mana website is also a lot of fun. Check out videos, grab desktop images/AIM icons, join Mama’s Club or learn about ways that you can go green! In the meantime, here’s the trailer:

Oh shit. We’ve long been saying it but now it’s official: video games are serious business.
Ubisoft announced that Hell’s Kitchen is coming to the Nintendo DS this autumn. Gordon Ramsey will be present on-screen to yell at you. It makes me think of those little cartoon devils that appear on Donald Duck’s shoulder when he’s thinking about cocking up Goofy’s birthday present for Mickey.
Except this demon swears a lot more and is a fantastic cook.

Why should you take abuse from Ramsey when Cooking Mama is so supportive and will kiss your burner-induced boo-boos? Because if you put up with Hell’s [...]
Post from: EveryJoe

Because if you put up with Hell’s Kitchen for more than ten seconds, you can potentially unlock Ramsey’s own recipes.

(”Corn flakes; Flakes of corn go in bowl. Add milk–no, not that much you aborted foetus! Now you’ve ruined it. Go stand in the shame corner.”)

Also, Ramsey reportedly had fun with his role in the game, and you don’t want to disappoint him.

“I had a great time doing the voice for my own animation. Being in a video game is a new experience for me and I’m very pleased with the results.”

Early ProTip: Don’t eat your DS.
