Haanel offers us a statement of considerable importance in several different ways;

I’ve gathered, from what I’ve read, that fear is “resistant thought.” Resistant thought contracts the Solar Plexus. Fear is the one arch enemy of the Solar Plexus which must be absolutely destroyed, eliminated, expelled forever.
