This is the third in a series to help you determine how to manage customer feedback where the first was, “Do You Know Your Customers” and the second was “What to Do With Customer Feedback“. After obtaining and analyzing your customer feedback, you will then need to develop an implementation plan that includes the customer feedback.

What To Do With Customer Feedback

In the last article for my column, I shared how you should and could obtain customer feedback to help you as a business owner determine how to meet the needs of your cutomers. The article was entitled, “Do You Know Your Customers“, and it shared different ways you can obtain feedback from your customers.

Ideally, totally understanding what your customers need is the ultimate goal of a business owners. Getting to the point where you can quickly identifying how to meet their needs may take time, research and effort but it is worth it in the end.
