Rudi the Lion

NFL Football at its best. NFL Football at its craziest.
Rudi Johnson dreaming about being a Detroit Lion

It did not take long.
One day the Cincinnati Bungles are releasing Rudi Johnson for whatever reason and the next day the Detroit Lions are roaring about signing Rudi Johnson.
Rudi said all the right things.
“The playbook is the main thing right now,” Johnson said. “When I leave here, I’ll be in the playbook 24/7. I know my cell phone is ringing crazy, but I don’t have time for no phone calls right now. I’ve got a lot of work to do.

Rudi Johnson cut by Bengals

NFL Football at its best. NFL Football at its craziest.

Finishing off the cuts

News roundup

After thinking it over, I decided that a post with about thirty links just wasn’t a good idea. So I installed the del.icio.us extension and tagged the articles.
View the links here. I found lots of goodies pertaining to the recent cuts and labour talks. Lots of quarterbacks getting ditched this year. I’m definitely going to get a post up on that later
