Sleep apnea is something that I just recently learned about. I’ve heard the term many times but never researched it. So what is Sleep Apnea? To put it simply, it is basically when you breathe a lot less than you are supposed to during sleeping periods. This isn’t good for a lot of things to include the function of getting good oxygenated blood to your penis for…well, you know.
