Dane Cook has grown used to performing at sold-out stadiums across North America but that’s not the kind of show you will hear on his ISolated INcident (available May 19, 2009).  In case you don’t already know, his comedy includes a lot of crude humor and this CD has earned an “explicit lyrics” label so, if you are easily offended, I would steer clear of this one.

When I first heard about the cast for My Best Friend’s Girl (2008), I was so turned off that I didn’t even go to the theatres to see it, nor did I rent it when it first came out on DVD earlier this year.  It was my birthday yesterday and I needed a comedy but I couldn’t think of any that I hadn’t seen and I didn’t feel like going to the theater.  So, I browsed through the recently released DVDs at Blockbuster and decided on this one (the “unrated” version).

“There’s only one October.” This is a true statement and a tag line that Major League Baseball is sticking with for their postseason marketing campaign. I’m all for it, as long as they don’t have those awful Dane Cook commercials popping up to bug me while I watch reruns of The Office on TBS.
