Resetting Default Inserted Images in Outlook

 
I’ve come across another issue that’s really starting to bug me. Whenever I insert an image into an Outlook e-mail message the default size of the image is always going in as 133% its original size.
I’ve looked quickly and can not figure out where I need to go to change this default setting.
If anyone can guide me to where I need to go, just let me know.
