Start the new year off by cleaning house

Clean up! Clean up! Everybody. Everywhere. (Sorry… I’ve been spending a lot more time with my twin toddlers this week.)
I was reading Rhonda Abrams column on how each year she cleans off her desk and purges files she no longer needs.  It’s great advice  – and I’d like to take it a step further.
This week is a slow one work-wise for most businesses. So take advantage of the time to do some cleaning in your business:
