At last! He speaks! Alex Rodriguez is commenting on his “friendship” with Madonna, telling People that they are just friends.
I wonder how Madonna feels about him talking about their friendship? Anywho, he also addresses the rumor that they’ve been flying around the country together, saying, “I can tell you this, I have never been on a plane with her.”
Still, they did spend time together in cities all over the country, whether they flew together or not. Methinks I need a bit more convincing before I’ll believe they aren’t an item.

If Alex Rodriguez and Madonna are trying to pretend they aren’t having a fling, they sure aren’t doing it very well. First, was the big Kabbalah water display at Madge’s concert a week ago, and now they both shop up in Mexico City.
It COULD BE a coincidence, but………… we aren’t stupid. To make matters worse, reporters followed A-Rod around and told him Madonna was also in Mexico City to which he could only say, “very good.” ~source

The golf legend, who wed tennis great and longtime lover Chris Evert a couple of weeks ago in the Bahamas, has to shell out $103M to the previous Mrs. Greg Norman (of 26 years).
Yeah. You know those Paris shopping spree rumors C-Rod denied in her Cindy Adams chat? Something tells us she’s going to be going on a whole lotta them pretty soon.
