According to a WCNC report:
CONOVER, N.C. — The owner of a local Domino’s Pizza could lose his franchise because of fallout from a YouTube video that showed his employees doing disgusting things to customers’ food.
Domino’s Pizza corporate honchos are heading to Conover later this week to talk with the franchise owner about the now-famous video.

Domino’s YouTube Employees Arrested

Two Conover, NC Domino’s employees are facing criminal charges for contaminating food after they posted a video showing them doing disgusting things to customers’ sandwiches on YouTube.
Kristy Lynn Hammonds, 31, and Michael Anthony Setzer, 32, turned themselves in to authorities this afternoon. Hammonds and Setzer are being held in jail on $7,500 bond each. If convicted, they could spend four months to one year behind bars.

In Domino’s Killed Her Puppy in 30 Minutes or Less, we recounted the tale of Odie, the 5 month old Jack Russell terrier whose life was cut short by a tragic pizza related accident. Domino’s corporate office blames Odie’s owner, Lisa McConnell, for not keeping her puppy on a short leash. Lisa McConnell says the same of Domino’s and its driver. After reading McConnell’s comments, FranchisePick.com suspects it was a suicide.
