Don and I are still smarting from the Pats’ defeat on Sunday (I think the Pats and BoSox are the unofficial teams of Web 2.0–just sayin’).  Don was lucky enough to actually be there, so he got the show live.  I had to settle for TV.
Regardless, you look at this kind of defeat.  Everyone is predicting you’re going to win.  That you’re unstoppable … then the worst happens.

I’m home now.  The cold that started to tighten its grip on my head Wednesday is slowly abating.  Something about sleeping for fourteen hours helps.
During the DEMOgod awards dinner I was sitting with Don Dodge and Brian Solis, we had a great conversation (who knew that we are all Patriots fans!).
Regardless I had been wanting to meet Don in person the whole time.  It was awesome to finally get the chance.  Getting to put a real person together with their words is always something that just adds richness to what you’re reading.
