Dontrelle Willis Anxiety Disorder – Return

Dontrelle Willis of the Detroit Tigers is ready to the big leagues. Due to an anxiety disorder, Willis began the season on the disabled list. But after a few successful starts at the minor league level, he’s ready to get his Major League Baseball career back on track.
Willis’ return date is Wednesday, May 13th against the Minnesota Twins. In his last game in the minors, he pitched 7.2 innings and give up two runs and four walks while striking out four.

Name that Detroit Tigers pitcher

It’s time for another fun game of “Name that Detroit Tigers pitcher!” Why? Because Dontrelle Willis wasn’t the savior everyone thought he would be and was sent down to Class A Lakeland Tuesday by the Tigers. Detroit has also experienced many injuries within its starting rotation and in the bullpen. So, the Tigers will now call up another farmhand to take Willis’ spot in the rotation, which is this Saturday.

Dontrelle to save the day?

Don’t worry Detroit Tigers fans… Dontrelle Willis is going to save the day! Wait, are we talking about the current version of Willis or the 2005 version that went 22-10? Unfortunately for Tigers fans, it is the current beat up version of Willis.
Willis did recently post his best rehabilitation stint to date, however, in that outing he walked four batters, allowed one run and five hits over six innings of work.
