Please do not think for one moment that Villanova upset Duke just because Duke was a #2.  This year especially,  NCAA seeds are as meaningful as the Pro Bowl.
It was fantastic to watch Villanova beat Duke into a bloody pulp Thursday evening. I, and millions of other sane people, hope that the constant coddling of Duke will finally begin to wane. But it won’t. ESPN works for Duke, nothing will change.  I need a tissue.

Was interested in reading a March 5th Jay Bilas article on ESPN but was rudely surprised (but not really) when I scrolled down a smidge only to find out that said article was an “Insider” article. I already knew that, but now there’s some concrete evidence to fall back on.
After the game Jay Bilas said Duke is still top 10 quality but not a likely contender for the Final Four.
I concur with Bilas on this one.
By the way, anybody see the elbow lick Singler gave Hansbrough?
But let it be known, Singler does have a gentle side.
