Google Entering the Music Industry

In an attempt to penetrate the MP3 music sales industry, Universal joined with Google to form their gBox, a DRM free music service. The newly formed relationship will promote Universal’s music via Google’s SERPS and link to a Google Checkout page which will allow users to buy both a DRM-free and with-DRM tracks in MP3 format.
