Stallworth Charged With Manslaughter

Donte Stallworth has officially been charged with DUI manslaughter after a “March 14 accident that killed 59-year-old Mario Reyes.”

Stallworth is a wide receiver with the Cleveland Browns, and had a blood-alcohol level of “.126, well above Florida’s legal limit of .08.” If convicted he could spent up to 15 years in prison.
Stallworth came forward right away when the accident happened, and has said that he is “grief-stricken” about the accident. The Browns have him on curfew and the league will review the case on its own since alcohol was involved.

The Wrestling World News reported that Marella was arrested outside Tampa, Florida at 2:57 a.m. His blood alcohol level was reportedly a paltry .061, .02 lower than the legal limit. With a good lawyer Marella shouldn’t …read more
