Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif, is creating a bill that would make it a federal crime to sell tickets to Obama’s inauguration. As of this writing, numerous inauguration items are for sale on eBay, including “Rent my apartment for Obama’s inauguration,” hotel rooms, and memorabilia.
