What is the future of cars?

I just finished reading an article titled “Plug-In Electric Cars Are Not the Future” by Michael Kwan over at Mobile Magazine. I won’t go into too much detail since you might want to read the article yourself.
He basically says that hydrogen fuel-cells are the future and that plug in electric cars are going to die because they have no range and are not convenient. You know we’ve talked about Project Better Place before, and Shai Agassi’s plan to separate day-to-day transportation from oil. This guy is a winner. He’s smart, he’s capable. I’m excited by what he’s doing, and now he’s letting the rest of us take part (a little bit).
