Vikings quarterback Brett Favre (and I can’t tell you how badly it pains me to say “Vikings quarterback” before that name) will still be the spokesman for Wrangler’s Five Star Premium Denim. Let’s hope they actually change the color of his tee shirt on the commercials this year. Last year he was still wearing a yellow (goldish) shirt with a #4 on it. Except he wasn’t with the Pack.

Anywho, to help promote the brand, Favre will appear at Walmart and Target stores. Depending on where he appears he may just get a few Packer fans asking him why he’s going to the enemy. I’m just saying….

In case you’re wondering if Favre tickets have been selling, it will cost you at least $150 for the Packers/Vikings game on October 5th.

Donovan McNabb Sells Pancakes

Philadelphia Eagle Donovan McNabb has been in a quite a few commercials over the last few years, most notably the Campbell’s soup spots. Now he’ll be doing a commercial for IHOP which will air in August. The dish he’ll be promoting is called the “QB Scramble.” (Cheesy names sell, people!) I know I’d have to at least try it. I’m guessing it has something to do with eggs – ya think?

McNabb has had a pretty lucrative career when it comes to endorsement deals. He’s represented Nike, Verizon Wireless, and Air Tran, among others. I say, take it while you can, Donovan.
