Have you ever had your breath actually taken away? If not, try taking an ice cold shower in the morning. It will leave you more refreshed than any piece of gum. Steroid Hearsay and One Heck of a Workout

I went into the gym with a renewed sense of purpose today and my performance level was great in terms of gaining back the strength and endurance that will be rightfully mine once again. I think this workout will be a turning point in my uphill climb to exceed my peak performances of years ago. I somehow tapped into a long lost source of relentless energy and aggression that had me churning out reps at an incredible rate.

Does Microsoft Being “Green” Mean Anything to You?

Mary Jo Foley shares an article on ZD Net with us on how Microsoft is shooting after the target of being more environmentally conscious with it’s computers. It’s only described in how their expected Windows Server 2007 is going to use 20% less power.
How this will work is that the processor will slow down when it’s not needed to do what processors do. To me this is just obvious and doesn’t take much thought but I’m sure there were technical reasons on why this is a big deal.
