Firstly, I&#8217;ve been outrageously busy at work. Secondly, I never really expected it to say or do anything very interesting. Thirdly, it actually doesn&#8217;t say or do anything particularly interesting. It moreorless says what is frankly bloody obvious, rebrands a few of the same old things and barely goes any distance in sorting out the state of English cricket.
