With Earth Day today, a lot of people have the environment on their minds. I’ve received several questions of a similar nature since Sunday, so I thought I’d answer the question:
Is it possible to save money while going green? So many environmentally friendly actions seem to cost a lot of money.

One of the more interesting emails I have been getting (the count is up to three) is an exhortation not to go see the Golden Compass, based on the first book in Philip Pullman’s His Dark Materials trilogy, which opens this Friday.
