basketball-2.jpgWe have a new #1 team in the nation this week, as North Carolina was upset at home by Maryland over the weekend. UCLA also dropped a few spots in the poll after their upset loss to Southern Cal.

So, without further delay, I present to you the new #1 team in the nation - Memphis. And with their relatively easy conference schedule, they could remain #1 for a long, long time.

With the conference battles starting to heat up, these three teams may not remain unbeaten for very long. With UNC facing their tough ACC schedule, they could be the first to fall.
