First the Fireworks, then the Milli Vanilli Chinese Girl, and now . . . Matt Lauer?

We can’t claim to be surprised by this rumor about Olympics coverage.
The fake fireworks and lip-synching Chinese girl didn’t escape our notice, so hats off to Frank Coffey and the Goodfellas at eTrueSports (yes, we’re the only ones who call them that; no, we haven’t the slightest notion why) for going the extra step. Their heads-up journalism added this little nugget to Beijing’s optical illusion repertoire.

Danica, Stilettos, and That Accident Last Week

IRL driver Danica Patrick got into a much-publicized accident last week when her car struck a crewman from another team during Indy 500 practice. It was pretty head-scratching and had an overall air of “WTF?” because let’s face it, Danica’s been around the track a few times.
But it all makes sense now, thanks to Frank Coffey and the Goodfellas at eTrueSports. 
Danica Patrick blamed a new pair of slingback Louboutin pumps for last Friday’s accident during an Indy 500 practice session which put a rival crewman in the hospital. “The stiletto heels were very poorly designed,” said Patrick.
