Frog jumps are a terrific exercise to increase your heart rate and burn some extra calories. They are great if you are running short on time and can’t do your complete fitness routine, or if you want to add them to the end of your daily regimen as an extra challenge.
To do frog jumps, get into the squat position as low to the floor as you can get. Extend your hands out in front of you, bracing yourself with the floor if need be.

As you know, cardio and diet are great ways to drop weight and tone up, but weight training can also be instrumental in the process to transforming a better posterior. New Chest and Tricep Exercises

I want to share some cool new chest and tricep exercises I tried out today at the gym. A trainer showed me two and I incorporated one another trainer had showed me a few weeks ago. We’ll discuss the two pec exercises first.
Number one was the ring fly. In this exercise, 2 attached rings are suspended about 3 feet above the ground. You grab the rings and perform a chest fly while in the air.
