Xbox 360 fans commend MS customer service, but are fine with console unreliability
I love the games in the Xbox 360. What’s not to love? You’ve got the best shooters like Bioshock, Gears of War, Halo 3 (despite my dislike of the previous installations, I actually like the latest one), The Orange Box, GRAW2, and I’m not even talking about the other genres yet.
What I don’t like about the 360 is its unreliability. If there was a Guinness World Record for worst failure rate, I won’t be surprised to see the 360’s image placed beside it.

Halo 3 owned by more than half of 360 owners in the U.S.
More than half of Xbox 360 owners in the U.S. own a copy of Halo 3, says GameDaily. How did they find out? It’s just simple math, really.
Given the data from the NPD Group, it shows that 4.1 million Halo 3 copies have been sold in the U.S. Compare that with the 7.9 million Xbox 360s purchased in the U.S., and you’ve got 52% of all Xbox 360 owners having a copy of Halo 3.
