4 Fat Burning Exercises For Your Stomach

Nobody want to have a gut or flabby stomach, yet many of us do. Today, I have four exercises you can do with 8-15 lb dumbells that will help shred your stomach.
Dumbell clean and press – take a pair of dumbells in your hand while bent at the waist. The dumbells will be in front of your knees.
