There have been rumours that Felipe Massa was seen walking into Ferrari’s offices in Maranello Monday for the first time since being injured in a qualifying accident during the Hungarian Grand Prix in July. It must have felt good for him to come home to see his friends and team mates at Ferrari as he took part in the team activities for the first time in weeks.

The landscape of Formula One racing will be changing a bit as Giancarlo Fisichella has asked for and received his release from his agreement with Force India on Thursday. Giancarlo will now suit up and get behind the wheel of a Ferrari for the remaining five races of the 2009 Formula One season. Felipe Massa is feeling a little better after his high-speed crash in qualifying rounds for Sunday’s Hungarian Grand Prix being held at the Hungaroring. The Brazilian racer went off the track and into the wall on Turn 4 late in the second session after a rear damper spring came loose from the car of Ruben’s Barrichello in front of him and hit him on the helmet at over 200 mph.
