You have probably seen a hundred videos claiming you can workout just five minutes a day and have the most perfectly toned body in existence. But we all know that getting in shape and staying shape takes hard work. There’s no miracle 5-minute complete workout and you can’t get a 6-pack by doing crunches for just two minutes a week.
