Terrelle Pryor, the number one college football recruit for 2008, has finally made a decision.
Well, almost.
Pryor, along with a few other top recruits, didn’t choose a school on National Signing Day, and his moves have been watched closely every since. Last word was that he was deciding between Oregon, Penn State, Michigan, and Ohio State. Rivals is reporting that he’s since said it was down to two of those schools. Which two?
