I Know FriendFeed is Useful, I Just Don’t Use It

I know I should, it’s got lots of handy features, but I just haven’t gotten used to using FriendFeed for anything. I know it consolidates and organizes much of the updates that I’m interested in across a variety of social networks. I’m just not using. Why not?
Maybe I just haven’t spent enough time really playing with it to figure out how it could really change the way I handle social media. I love using twhirl to update my twitter accounts, and I’ve got my FriendFeed account setup in twhirl, but I just don’t use it.

Adding more tabs to FriendFeed
Over at the Inquistr there is a post that helps you set up more tabs on your FriendFeed. The post is Turn FriendFeed Into Your Start Page With These Greasemonkey Scripts and it seems to have been written by Duncan Riley. The post talks about how the author/blogger/writer was able use and hack of the Greasemonkey script FriendFeed tabs and use it to add other services tabs:

A Financial FriendFeed
The sharing fever seems to be spreading. And this sharing of information that has been started by FriendFeed seems to grow and grow. And now we have FriendFeed for financial information – yours. Mashable’s Stan Schroeder has posted that Gezeo has introduced a new service that is personal financial equivalent of FriendFeed. Its called Friend and Feed.
And the idea behind seem twofold:
First, to create a financial lifestream. This is done by selecting certain financial events. The lifestream will enable its creator and user to monitor incomes and expenses.
