From Pandemic Studios, the folks behind the Star Wars: Battlefront and Mercenaries games, comes The Saboteur, an action adventure set in Nazi-occupied France. Rating is pending for this one, but it’s almost certain to get an M for Mature. It’s expected late Fall or early Winter for PC, Xbox 360, and PS3.

Codemasters is preparing to release the second title in its Operation Flashpoint series, entitled Dragon Rising. It aims to be the most realistic wartime tactical shooter ever created, with a wide-open world to explore. It’s coming to PC, Xbox 360, and PS3 this fall. Its rating is pending.

E3 ‘09: Dragon Rising trailer

The first in a planned line of new games from Warner Bros. Interactive based on Peter Jackson’s Lord of the Rings films is Aragorn’s Quest, which takes a whimsical, fairytale RPG slant on the life and times of Tolkien’s “king of men.” Lord of the Rings: Aragorn’s Quest is expected to arrive this Fall for Wii, PS2, PSP, and DS. Its rating is pending, but it’s being touted as a family-friendly title.
