Turner Broadcasting, the people who own the luxurious GameTap (amongst many other broadcasting type companies… *coughs*monopoly*coughs*) have decided to have GameTap ad supported, starting May 31st. According to Adventure Gamers, GameTap has released a Mac version of Myst Online Uru Live. According to GameTap’s site, the reason for this awesomeness is a celebration of sorts. The celebration of Myst Online being… well… online for a month now.

The day has come for what I’d guess would be the best game of the Sam and Max series. At least I hope it’s the best game. Actually every single one is the best one until the next one comes out. If you haven’t heard by now, TellTale Games has released the next episode of Sam and Max called The Mole, The Mob and the Meatball.

Myst Online: Uru receives an official launch date

According to Adventure Gamers, Myst Online: Uru received an official launch date from the oh so very wonderful GameTap. Myst is supposed to open its doors to all GameTap customers on February 15th, 2007. That’s just around the corner, my homies!

I don’t know if any you have heard, but Uru Live has finally launched a live preview story that will be beta tested in the months to come on GameTap. According to recent update of the Uru Live site, the beta testing is doing great and it seems that many GameTap subscribers are really enjoying the new game, as there have been several news stories of people celebrating the fact that the once defunct Myst Online is now actually going to be a real game.
