Drinks After Dark’s exclusive cocktail guru, Steve Kemble, has created the “Ten Grand” for us to toast the New Year with. Ring in 2009 with style! 
To make:
1 oz 10 Cane Rum
1 oz Grand Marnier
Peach Puree
Pomegranate Juice
Moet & Chandon

Morton’s, The Steakhouse has been around for about 30 years now, and has locations all over the world. If you’ve never been for dinner at a Morton’s, stop reading now and don’t walk, run, to the closest. I can wait.
