The two which are of particular importance to social media: Netpinions, consumer discussion, word-of-mouth, buzz monitoring service which monitors 100,000+ online message boards, forums, and Usenet news groups and BlogSquirrel — a blog monitoring service — which monitors 5+ million new postings each day in 25+ million blogs worldwide.
