Idée serves up Lunch 2.0–is it in beta?

I got a Twitter DM this week from Leila at Idee about a geek-together they had today–sadly the b5 bat jet was in use, couldn’t make it–but I saw on their blog that next week they have a cool lunch event planned (still can’t make it):
