An interesting conversation took place today. The discussion centered around copyright, inventions and patents. The reality of the world around us has nearly completely detached itself from the ideas and laws around the ideas of property and intellectual rights.
We spoke about developing software and if that software is then copyrighted, would that also hinder the type of code or chunks of code that were used in the various functions of the application.
