NBA Playoff Observations Thus Far

My 10 observations, er… questions about the NBA playoffs after the first three days of action.
1. Will the Pistons play at least one game where they act like they care?
2. Is Tyrus Thomas becoming a player right before our eyes or is he becoming a player right before our eyes?
3. Is New Orleans-Denver that much of a mismatch?
4. Is it just me or did Andre Iguodala make one helluva difficult shot in game 1 with Hedo all up in his grill?

Top 8 Reasons We’re Happy That the Boston Celtics Won the NBA Championship

We’re a bit sleep-deprived today, having stayed up past 1 a.m. on a work night to do (figurative) cartwheels over the Boston Celtics‘ win over the L.A. Lakers to nab their 17th NBA Championship.
Here are eight reasons we’re happy about the win—apart from the joy of seeing series MVP Paul Pierce, Kevin Garnett, and Ray Allen add “NBA Championship” to their amazing resumes, not to mention good ol’ coach Doc Rivers nabbing his first NBA title.

Top 5 Reasons for Celtics’ Comeback in Game 4

Game 5 of the NBA Championship Finals, here already.
Now that we’ve had a few days to reflect on the way the L.A. Lakers blew a 24-point lead in Game 4 and gave the now 3-1 Boston Celtics a chance to clinch the title tonight, we think we know what happened to Jack Nicholson’s favorite team.
Here are the Top 5 reasons the Celtics made such a big comeback in Game 4, in no particular order:
