<p>3. <strong>Solid base of experience.</strong> Experience is more valuable in some industries than others. However, experience is never a bad thing. Someone with experience in your industry can help you sooner.</p>
<p>2. <strong>Outward dedication.</strong> Try to judge the potential employee&#8217;s dedication to furthering the success of your startup business. If they seem to be in it for more than just money, that is a great sign.</p>
<p>1. <strong>Interpersonal chemistry.</strong> An oftentimes overlooked aspect is how a new employee is able to work with those around him or her. A happy and cohesive work environment is a productive work environment.</p>
