A new company based out of North Hollywood that calls themselves Bionic Games, Inc. is looking for a few good people to help them make an original adventure game for the Nintendo Wii. How original you ask? So original, that they haven’t even talked about it yet. I mean, this stuff is SUPER top secret.
But, if you have the skillz as a Lead Animator or even as just a regular old Animator, Bionic Games, Inc. is looking for a person like you.
Sound like something you might want to do? Check out their mission statement:

How original you ask? So original, that they haven’t even talked about it yet. I mean, this stuff is SUPER top secret.

But, if you have the skillz as a Lead Animator or even as just a regular old Animator, Bionic Games, Inc. is looking for a person like you.

Sound like something you might want to do? Check out their mission statement:

Bionic Games is a start up independent game developer located in the Los Angeles area. We are a small, efficient team of highly experienced people dedicated to making AAA quality games for top publishers in a fun and creative atmosphere.

Just one question, what is a AAA quality game? Are these games that you would make if you didn’t want to be in the majors? I mean, we don’t want no minor league games here, do we? Well, I guess minor league baseball is still fun to watch, so minor league games must still be fun to play.

Bionic Games has already snatched up such people as Mike Stout, formerly of Obsidian games, and Bill Black, an audio lead from Blizzard to work on these new adventure games. Let’s hear it for American made adventures!

If you’re interested an ye ol’ jobbe over at Bionic Games, take a look a their website and drop them an email!

Well, if you are, there is some GOOD NEWS for you! According to Autumn Moon’s website, they are hiring! But only for one position, so hopefully you meet their qualifications. What are they looking for, you might ask? Well, it looks as though they need a lead programming to program all of their dreams to life.
As the lead programmer, you will be responsible for raising the little junior programmers into maturity, while figuring out the best way in which you can make their games just a little bit better for us… the consumer.

Are you looking to get into the ever so exciting world of creating adventure games? Are you? I mean, how could you not be? And wouldn’t it be even better if someone PAID you to do what you’ve always dreamed of? Well, you might have that chance right now. According to Xii Games’ website, you may now have that chance. You lucky person you.

Xii Games is looking for a background artists for an up and coming game that has a retro-styled theme. And what’s even better, is that they plan on making it a commercial game. Not, not bad at all.

The team that you would be working with consists of the following people, who have done a few adventure games in their time:

Vince Twelve (Linus Bruckman, Anna)

Shane “ProgZMax” Stevens (The Shivah, Mind’s Eye)

Nikolas Sideris (Linus Bruckman, The Forgotten Element)

If you want to know more about the position, you can take a look at the qualifications and what they’re looking for here.

Xii Games are known for some great games such as:

Anna – “a deep-space lookout intended to serve as an early warning system in case of attack by “the enemy.” You are Hero, a clear-room technician charged with the maintenance of all the station’s systems including Anna, the intelligent computer system that runs the station. The day starts as routinely as any other, but ends with Homeworld’s very survival in jeopardy.”

What Linus Bruckman Sees When His Eyes Are Closed -” He never talks to me anymore. He never talks to anyone anymore. His eyes are always closed. I wonder what he sees…”

This has nothing to do with this entry. This is UMBRELLA MAN.

A couple of weeks ago, I mentioned that TellTale Games was looking for a Wii game programmer on their Jobs Page. Well, it would now appear as though that job has been taken. I want to say congrats to that person, because you, my friend, are a lucky bastard. Don’t you forget that.

A couple of weeks ago, I mentioned that TellTale Games was looking for a Wii game programmer on their Jobs Page. Well, it would now appear as though that job has been taken. I want to say congrats to that person, because you, my friend, are a lucky bastard. Don’t you forget that.

Well, now that the Wii position has been filled, TellTale is looking to fill a position for the Xbox 360. What could this possibly mean? IT MEANS TELLTALE WANTS TO RULE THE WORLD. Or that they have some great ideas for the Xbox … You know, either one is good. I wouldn’t mind if they ruled the world, as they seem to be a bunch of nice people.

If you are cool enough to know how to make games for the Xbox 360, here are a list of job responsibilities:

Migrate core components of D3D based PC game engine to the Xbox 360

Implement additional platform specific features

Modify and support existing art and production path to accommodate Xbox 360 production

Contribute to the design and direction of Telltale Technology and products.

Now, get your fancy bottom out of here and go apply!
