Hawks Cool Off Heat in Game 7

Welcome, Atlanta, to the second round. Not that long the Hawks were a joke of a team. Now? They have moved on to the second round of the 2009 NBA playoffs after defeating the Miami Heat in Game 7 by a final score of 91-78.
Leading the way for the Hawks was All-Star guard Joe Johnson. In 44 minutes, Johnson had 27 points, five rebounds, five steals and four assists. Tony Parker Erupts as Spurs Top Hawks

In San Antonio, Tony Parker oftentimes gets overlooked by superstar teammates Tim Duncan and Manu Ginobili. However, as of late, Parker has undoubtedly been the best player on the Spurs.
On Wednesday night against the Atlanta Hawks, Parker once again proved that point. In 39 minutes, Parker had 42 points and ten assists while making 18 of his 25 shot attempts from the field and all six of his free throws.
