Mr. Rooter Franchise  Mr. Rooter started out in 1968 as a small sewer and drain cleaning business but has since grown into a full-service plumbing installation and repair provider, providing maintenance products and inspection, hydrojetting services, waste disposers and an auto-injection system.  Mr. Rooter is part of The Dwyer Group, which also owns franchise companies Mr. Electric, Mr. Appliance, Glass Doctor, Rainbow Int’l., Aire Serv and Dream Maker Bath & Kitchen Worldwide.
