Worst Picks in the 2009 NBA Draft

In the 2009 NBA Draft, there were a number of selections that didn’t make much sense. Here’s a look at the five worst picks of the draft:
1. Tyreke Evans, Sacramento Kings
The Kings had the fourth pick in the draft and decided to pick Evans. He’s not a bad player but if they wanted a point guard, Rubio made a lot of sense. Curry also probably would have helped more.
2. Jonny Flynn, Minnesota Timberwolves
After picking Rubio at 5, the Timberwolves turned around and took Flynn at 6. Back to back point guards? That doesn’t make much sense, especially when both point …read more

Jonny Flynn Chances The NBA

Jonny Flynn, the quick-footed point guard from Syracuse, has hired an agent. This basically means it’s NBA or bust. Once college players hire an agent officially, they forgo the rest of their college career.

You know how some tats look pretty neat, well Difflerdorf’s tats do not, in fact they’re gross looking, no person’s skin should look as ugly as Delonte West’s and Chris “Birdman” Andersen’s does.
If it were not for the scintillating dribbling and manuevering skills of point guard Jonny Flynn, Syracuse would be my least favorite team around. Arinze Okuanaukauau or whatever acts like he is Shaq or something, waltzing …read more

For the sake of the Syracuse free-throw percentage

Better hope Arinze Onuaku spent some quality time at the charity stripe during the offseason

And no, I won’t pretend that I knew who *Arinze was prior to coming across this video.
The Cuse and I will have to become pretty familiar this upcoming season since big things are expected out of them in 08/09.
*Actually made the second free throw attempt
