Keith Jardine The Movie Star

UFC.Com reports that Keith Jardine, aside from fighting, has been busy with a few movies rolls. “The Dean of mean” has a small role in the sequel to the Jason Statham movie Crank, entitled “Crank: High Voltage“. It looks extremely cheesy, but then again so was the first one. He has also wrapped up filming for the movie “Game” which he explains is very similar to Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Running Man, where he had a bigger role as an Ex-com.

UFC 96 Fight Card Filling Up

UFC 96 is set for March 7th in Columbus, Ohio.  As most know, the main event of the evening will be Keith Jardine Vs. Quinton Jackson in a light-heavyweight match.
Other confirmed televised main card fights are: Matt Hammill Vs. Mark Munoz and Shane Carwin Vs. Gabriel Gonzaga.
Preliminary card events include: Mike Patt Vs. Brandon Vera and Tim Boetsch Vs. Jason Brilz.
Kind of odd seeing Brandon Vera on a preliminary card. The Jardine and Jackson fight should be interesting as well as seeing the return of Matt Hammill.

UFC 89 Recap: Bisping Picks Apart Leben

Saturday night UFC 89 aired ion Spike TV. Unfortunately I had other events to attend in Richmond, VA and couldn’t watch it. As I predicted, Michael Bisping won his fight, but not as I would have called it. I would have lost money had I bet on the Keith Jardine and Brandon Vera fight though. Lets start with the recap of that fight.
From what I’ve been told and read online, the fight stayed mostly on feet and there was only a couple of take downs. Fortunately for Keith Jardine, he did not get caught by Brandon Vera on the …read more

UFC 89: Bisping Vs. Leben Fight Card

UFC 89: Bisping Vs. Leben will air October 18th at 9pm ET on Spike for free. The main event as obviously stated by the title is Michael "The Count" Bisping Vs. Chris "The Cripler" Leben. Leben hasn’t done too bad for himself since his elimination on The Ultimate Fighter 1. With a professional record of 18-4-0, he’s got a his hands full with British opponent, Bisping. Bisping, the winner of The Ultimate Fighter 3, brings a record of 17-1-0 to the ring and has shown great skill in the octagon, so this should be interesting. If I were to …read more
