Yesterday, I talked briefly about how Keyshia Cole says she balances being an artist and a businesswoman. She feels that we as women have to do business the way men do business in order to be successful.
I don’t agree.
While I do agree that women need to be firm and decisive when in business, I don’t think that we should change our personalities or coping mechanisms just to level the playing field.

Keyshia Cole the R&B singer, the soul singer, the rapper, the artist, the businesswoman. The twenty-something Oakland, California native grew up on the hard side of the track but let that rough beginning make her the woman she is today.
